Located in Fort Lupton less than 30 minutes from Denver, Coyote Creek Golf Course is a public course that offers the challenging play and amenities of a private club. The layout features rolling fairways and large, undulating greens. Carved from the surrounding short grass prairie, there is a unique blend of grasses that set it apart from most other municipal golf courses in Colorado. Coyote Creek Golf Course is characterized by the abundance of water throughout. The signature hole, the par-5 ninth, provides a demanding test of accuracy with a creek running across the fairway but it also offers a stunning view of the mountains.

I played it last friday, the course is in great shape, not too crowded and great view of the mountains.

Fun course with enough challenge to keep you alert and forgiving enough to allow a recovery shot on most holes. Inexpensive with frequent specials and a good staff though no marshalls. Usually it's a quick 4 hours, but when that idiot group ahead slows things, there's no one to help.
It NEEDS another bridge on hole 9.
