Tough course to like. No architecture to it at all. Just hit it between the trees. People in the pro shop are very rude. The golf pro is never there and I mean never. I tried to find him to talk about the terrible service I had and nowhere to be found. Doesn't return phone calls or e-mails. Total waste of time. No more city of Ft. Collins courses for my group!!!

Average course for your average butler. Boring and flat. Staff is exactly what you would expect from a municipal course, slow, lazy, and rude. The pro is too busy looking at himself in the mirror and hitting golf balls. NO THANKS!!!

Collindale Golf Course is a terrific course to work on all aspects of one's game. Accuracy, course management, tough, putting. The greens are some of the best anywhere. They roll very, very fast and true. Keeping the ball below the hole on these greens is an absolute must. There are plenty of trees to thwart wayward tee shots so keep it straight or learn to play a low punch and run recovery shot. The "brown bonus" is not as much of a bonus as it was 25-30 years ago. The staff is terrific, very friendly and helpful. Collindale has 4 sets of tees that will accommodate all golf skill sets. Play the correct tees or you might be in for a long day. This is my go-to course because of everything it offers.

We play the course in the winter thru late spring, tree lined fairways require straight drives. The greens are normally in great shape and the ground staff work to provide a challenging track. The course is a USGA qualifier course for the US Open and you will hit every club in the bag, The pro shop staff are always helpful and the shop is well stocked. All in all a great challenging course.

This is a great course that is in good condition. It has a lot of trees and so if you cannot hit the ball straight this could be a hard course to play as one would end up being in the trees a lot. There are nice ponds and great views. This course will surely challenge and please any golfer at any skill level.

Greens were in awful shape. They were just aerated and it appears as if the equipment “drug” along green.
Staff was upset because we were walking and half a hole behind a 2 sum on carts. I asked if they would supply us with cars and they said “for a fee”….
    Not worth the cost.
