Thorncreek Golf Club is a links-style layout with a street bisecting the front and back nines. Although the street may seem like a distraction, it hasn't prevented this popular golf course from being considered one of the best in the state. It has been host to both the Nike Tour and the US Open qualifying events. The golf course features undulating greens that are well guarded by bunkers. The rolling terrain and water hazards demand accuracy. Golfers are quickly introduced to the course's challenges with the first three holes where lakes come into play. The signature hole at Thorncreek Golf Club is the par-4 finishing hole, which features a fairway flanked by a treacherous water hazard.
