- This is a challenging 9-hole course that is well maintained, with a second 9-hole par 3 course as well. The previous comments about poor turf conditions in 2011 were true of all local golf courses due to the dry winter. In 2012 the course is in excellent condition for a public course. Great Pikes Peak views and friendly staff.It's more than obvious that they don't care about the condition of their Par-3 course. It's in TERRIBLE shape! The greens are like putting in a parking lot, tee boxes covered with divots! They should be ashamed to charge anything over $1 to play here!!
