If you have a grip-it-and-rip-it mentality, Broadlands Golf Course is for you. It plays 7,289 yards from the tips -- and the fairways are wide -- so your driver should get plenty of work. Don't neglect your short game, though, and you can work on your putting and chipping on the practice greens before your round. The golf course, which opened in 1999, features four sets of tees and is a good test for any skill level. An assortment of food and beverages are available at the Broadlands Golf Course clubhouse, which has a casual atmosphere and is a nice place to wrap up your visit.

THIS is a poorly managed golf course.

They always have an excuse as to why they are running late, and then stack tee times on top of each other resulting in 5+ hour rounds. They could have sent a few groups off the back nine but wouldn't.

Then the marshals have the nerve to push players to pick up pace to get them caught up, only to have us wait at the next tee box.

The conditions do not warrant the premium price

I don't know what some of the negative reviews are about but my/our experience there a couple weeks ago were perfect. The young lady at the front desk was polite, informative and professional. Speed of play was fine....I believe we waited on either one or two holes. The course is well maintained and while challenging also forgiving. I and my friends Marshal at another course and would recommend this course to anyone.

Don't waste your time. Customer service is TERRIBLE and you can consistently count on poor attitudes, throughout. At the center of it all Tim Schwartz "General Manager/Head Professional". Completely incompetent and at the center of all the problems. He's about as UNprofessional as they come.

Do not play here until they can provide some form of customer service!! Played in mid February and felt like it was an inconvenience that we we were there. Plus decided to play additional after first round and were unwilling to do a replay rate. Other courses in the area are willing to provide a discounted rate and there was no feeling of any appreciation for even playing. Will not play here again after so many options are available in north area.

I enjoyed this course. This course forces you to choose your shots wisely. If you're not good off the tee you may lose a few balls. I thought the course was in good shape, especially the fairways. The ball sits up nice for you. Played during a weekday and the rate of play was perfect. Look forward to playing this course again.

The golf course itself is really pretty good. The problem is poor management. Pace of golf is slow and maintenance lacks. If you want to use the driving range expect it to be stripped of anything green and broken tees from the last month everywhere. No effort made in maintaining the driving range.

Golf course was open too soon after construction. Fairways have never grown in properly. Too much goose crap, and play is very slow!
