The course is in decent shape, price is affordable. There was no refreshment service on the course and pace of play was ridiculously slow. Often had two groups waiting on the tee simultaneously. Will have to take this one off my future play list. Efficient course management includes monitoring pace of play.

Very good course with a distinctly Midwestern feel - open fairways and large trees. The course is well maintained, perfectly groomed and fun. While not overly challenging, this is still a great place to play for the avid golfer. Expect municipal course players (people in t-shirts and jeans), but if you can look past the clientel, you'll have a great round.

The greens were as true and fast as I have ever played. The trees are punishing, so it is best to punch out and minimize the damage. The apartments surrounding the 18th green remind me of PGA grandstands. I like this course.

Although short in yardage it's very challenging. Lots of trees line the fairways so you'll need to be a straight shooter. Course was in great shape. The greens were in great shape and very fast. Enjoyed the course and would play it again for sure.

for a city course, this place is great. easy-going staff. relatively challenging course without being too difficult makes this one of my regular stops. Mature trees make the place a delight to the eye though on windy days, there will be loads of woody bits on the green, making serious putting a little weird. Some holes have houses on the left but not tight so, they dont really come into play unless you sling one way, way out.

for the money (cheap), a great value IMHO

What a great place. From the moment I was greeted by the staff I was totaly overwhelmed with the service from the place. The staff went overboard to make sure all my needs were met. The pro Tom is a super fellow. The course is short and tree lined with slow greens probably due to the heavy traffic. The way I was treated explains why the place is so busy. Unbelievable. I think I will spend all my golf money at this course.

Staff was rude and grumpy. They put a tournament right behind us and made us rush through every hole. They should have said something when we made our tee time. The marshal hovered over the whole time, even at the last hole as we were putting telling us to hurry up. This was the worst money spent all summer.

Not sure what the course is like. After a disasterous exchange with the starter I elected a refund. He was arrogant and grumpy. Should have stayed in bed. Do not understand why such a class organization tolerates such offensive conduct. He is there to facilitate not dictate. Very disappointing. Likely will not return.

This course is a fun and challenging course for almost all skill levels. From the 100 year old tress to the tight fairways and smallish greens, you will definately find yourself playing all the shots you have in the bag. You may need to dust off your walking shoes as I would recommend walking not riding to save yourself a few bucks and enjoy your round to the fullest. Don't let the short length fool you as most fairways are tree lined so most errant shots find you needing to be creative on your next.
