Sara Frances is president and owner of The Photo Mirage Inc., dba Photo Mirage Imaging, a 30 year old firm specializing in photography of people for both personal and commercial applications. As a young photographer she declined an offer from National Geographic, and seized the opportunity to found an independent, art-inspired studio. Her background includes bachelor's and master's degrees in foreign languages, literature, theater and art criticism, as well as an Associates degree, with honors in photography. Her self-taught photographic style is the culmination of intercultural training and a family atmosphere filled with music and art.

"I serve businesses and people who are artistically aware themselves and have researched the market carefully for the possibility thinking they want. Naturally, she is in demand as a speaker and photographic judge. She is also working on a book for Amphoto about the current vogue in black and white wedding photography.
