Ute Creek at Spring Valley
2000 Ute Creek DrUte Creek at Spring Valley is situated at an elevation of 6400 feet amongst acres of rolling hills and towering cottonwoods. The land the golf course now occupies was formerly a cornfield. The design required the transportation of 625,000 cubic yards of dirt to fill in the terrain. The golf course is named after the creek that meanders through the entire layout and comes into play on four holes. There are also five lakes and two streams that come into play, most prominently on the back nine. The links-style layout features undulating fairways and greens that are heavily guarded by sand bunkers. Ute Creek at Spring Valley is open for public play and it also offers a driving range with putting and chipping greens.
