Very well groomed and maintained golf course. Forgiving for the higher handicappers with plenty of legitimate golf shots for the 15's and better on the back tees. The 27 holes give you interesting course combinations.

Lack of maintenance. If you like weeds, to wet for a links style course just not worth the $$$. I would go to Tiara Rado, Lincoln Park or Redlands Mesa for the same $$$$.
