Formerly a working cattle ranch, Spring Valley Golf Course stretches across rolling hills, valleys, and canyons that are covered with towering cottonwood trees and fragrant wildflowers. The golf course is also home to an abundance of wildlife including Red Tail Hawks, rabbits, deer, and even coyote. The golf course may look like a casual round, but you shouldn't underestimate the numerous challenges hidden throughout. Wide, strategically placed bunkers and water hazards come into play, but the trickiest elements of Spring Valley Golf Course are the numerous groves of trees that make accuracy a top priority. The signature hole is the par-3 17th, which features a green surrounded by a creek and a marsh in addition to the trees.

Very enjoyable course to play. The course can be very challenging, especially from the tips. The back 9 was outstanding with lots of trees. The course was in terrific shape and I would play it again for sure.

Nice layout. Confidence builder with a number of challenges. Great from the tips. A wonderful change of pace and different club selections from the forward tees. Try them all for differing course management options.
