Good time daily rate is $255 per person now. Someone should update this website.

Thought about building a house there and joining, but members tell me its run like a public course. I can play as much golf as i like there as a guest and spend much less. Weird place. Terrible food and the course is just ok.

Really don't get the negative reviews, but I did play it last week before the Korn Ferry tournament. I thought the service at the bag drop was excellent, super friendly guy who was very helpful. Course is absolutely beautiful, but the rough was tough, tough. I guess they were getting ready. There were plenty of tees so it could be playable by anyone. I saw plenty of women and men enjoying themselves. The restaurant has great service and really good food. I was surprised at how good the prices were for a TPC course restaurant. I will definitely play it a couple times a summer. It will look better with more houses (although some will disagree), but the homes are spectacular and the views are perfect. Wish I could afford to buy a house there!

The course and staff are great, with that being said being a member has not been a positive experience. A prospective member is led to believe that your membership is all inclusive, this is not true. To use the lake there is an extra charge and the fee only covers one of two seasons. If you want to use the swimming pool there is another annual fee for members, (unless you live inside the gate.) The locker room is nice but if you need a locker there is an annual fee. This club has a long way to go to be consider a good choice for the price you pay. Not what I expected from a TPC affiliated course.

Course was great... Beautiful in fact. A lot of risk/reward holes. Staff - generally speaking - very good. Looked into membership & property. Normal stuff - non-equity. Priced on the high side given that it's semi-private and there are no other amenities other than a nice clubhouse & two restaurants. No Pool, but a small one is due to open in 2021. No Tennis, etc...
Membership seems unpretentious, youthful. Membership talking points are purposefully vague about the semi-private rules governing public access. Likely to stay this way until they have a full stable of members, then the worry is that they'll open play to the public and reduce the experience of being a member. So, I'll pass. But I will play here.
Neighborhood development seems a bit thick with cronyism. Mid-quality architects and builders are showcased and it seems a bit too chummy. Like an 'arrangement' has been made to the benefit of those involved. No proof - just an inescapable feeling.

I played this course for the first time on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 it was a pretty windy day but fairly warm. The staff was fantastic, golf course was in great condition for this time of year. The greens were fast and true. Had dinner there after golf the food and staff were fantastic and very personable and the food was reasonably priced I don’t understand what these other people are talking about. A young / new course, 2018, isn’t mature enough yet, you’re expecting too much. As for construction? My god, look ahead. If you’re purchasing a home there you’ll be there awhile. Give the area time to mature, it’s NEW!! This year, 2020 the course is amazing. As was my whole experience.

I rarely do on-line reviews but the low ratings I read surprised me. I live near TPC Colorado but am not a member. I have played the course and volunteered at the Corn Ferry tour the past two years. I have played the course and found it to be exceptional. NEVER have I had a bad experience with the course or the staff. I really don’t get why anyone would rate this with one star. They are new and just getting settled. I recommend you try for yourself and then judge. AND NO, I have no relationship or association with the Course other Than volunteering and playing there......both of which I thoroughly enjoyed!

Very disappointed at my time at TPC Colorado. Joined in early 2019 through my company. Was told multiple times by the membership committee things that we just not true. Things like prices for the membership changing against our signed agreement. Thank god I kept a copy or else they would have been asking for more money to keep the membership going. Not trust worthy membership and ownership. Stay away. They will say anything to get you to be a member, then just blame the bylaws on why they won't agree to it.

Course is nice and pro shop staff are on top of things.

Played this fall and what terrible service and conditions. They hated that a non member was playing. Told the wife to stop looking at lots and we’ll build somewhere else. Sad because it’s a beautiful piece of property

Was a guest of a member and I really liked the course. Good conditions for early spring.
The other amenities were lacking. Total construction site. No on course bathrooms. When I think of TPC I think of good customer service and all I got was attitude from staff. The slick haired guy everyone talks about said he can't stand when members bring guests and I heard him. So I didn't feel welcome to say the least.

I had the pleasure of meeting the slicked back hair guy and what a jerk! I was paying over $100 in the winter and got nothing but pure attitude from this guy. Course is good, ok conditions for winter time, but a total construction site. Will be much better when matures and get a new pro.

No service when I dropped my clubs off, I had to find the guy to get a cart. Yuck

Hard - hard to find, hard to get a t-time, hard golf course and the staff is hard to talk to. I've played twice and it is very wet. Great scenery and good hard golf course, but the staff is a little rude and unorganized. The bag drop is very messy and I couldn't find anyone. The dude with the slicked back hair in the golf shop was on a rant and I over paid for a beer. The next owners will make a killing.

I know it is brand new but it doesn't have a TPC vibe to me. It has some goofy holes and a lot of up and down fairways. The greens are very fast, which I love, but until this course matures it is just another over priced club. It is extremely wet in areas and in an area prone to severe storms.
